Joyce Gaston

Chief Planning Officer

Expertise lies in educational programming, planning, and publication development.
Her experience in education range from training of future health professionals at the high chool, college, and graduate levels to community health education to organization of community based organizations. Ms Gaston’s publications experience includes curriclum development, traingin manual development, and authoring a major chapter in a extbook for aa Family Mediciine residency program. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biolology from Clark College, Atlanta, Georgai and her Masters of Public Health from Yale UNiversity, New Hven Connecticut.

Angie Neely

Chief Operating Officer

With over 25 years experience in administrative planning, implementation of conferences, and publication development. Ms Neely has successfully developed seminars funded by major agencies and foudations including federal and state governments, academia, and community-based organizations. She arranged workshops and conferences ranging in size from 15- 10,000.

However, Ms Neely’s primary area of expertise is in Fiscal Management. Ms. Neely is responsible for our fiscal management as well as the monitoring of the budgetary concerns of our clients. Ms. Neely received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration at Shorter College in Rome, Georgia.

Marcellus A. Lewis

Chief Executive Officer

Over 30 years of executive level experience in management and organizational planning. His principal areas of expertise are strategic planning and organizational psychology. His professional experience includes facility management of private physician practices, coordination of community physicians involved in medical school curriculum development, and technical assistance to the state of Georgia’s Head Start programs. Mr. Lewis has managed major long-term and short-term projects for academia, private industry, state and federal governments. Mr. Lewis received a dual Bachelors degree in Psychology and Biology from Clark College in Atlanta, Georgia, and his Masters of Public Health from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut.
